As you roam through the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and many living areas, the Chalet’s warm familiarity will quickly transform your relationship from visitor, to guest . . . to welcome companion. On the uppermost floor, the Loft overlooks the Gathering Room below, includes reading chairs to enjoy the scenery outside the picture windows, and leads to the fern-themed Master King Bedroom (with DirecTv, HBO, reading lights, blackout curtains and a JacuzziTM tub in the attached Master Bath).
The central floor Gathering Room includes the fully-equipped Kitchen, conversation couches at the gas fireplace, a pub table for two, and a dining table for 6. The deck just outside provides chairs, patio umbrella, stereo speakers, bar seating, and a rotisserie gas grill.
Also on the Gathering Room level is the amply-shelved Hall Bath, Tuscany-themed Guest King Bedroom (with DirecTv, HBO, and reading lights), and the Two Bunkbeds Bedroom (with reading lights and DVD player).
A Toddler AerobedTM, playpen (both with linens), baby monitor set, 2 basic child gates, a four-chair kid-sized card table, and an umbrella stroller are in the house.
On the ground level is the Shower Bath, Laundry Room, and the Gameroom, equipped with a 63 inch Big Screen TV, DirecTv, HBO, High Definition programming, DVR, sleeper sofa, six-board-game pub table, wet bar, ice maker, dart board, and full sized pool/ping-pong table. The rocking chairs are just outside in the Screen Room, which leads down to the Boat dock.
Parking is available on both the Gameroom level and the Kitchen level. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, but pets are not allowed.
